What is BWRT® Level 2?
BWRT® Level 2 works at the level of identity — not just behaviour. Where Level 1 helps change specific reactions or responses, Level 2 helps shift the internal blueprint that creates those reactions in the first place.
In simple terms:
The habit is the outcome, and the identity is the source. When the identity changes, the behaviour no longer needs effort, willpower or constant self-control. You begin to think, feel and act like the person who naturally does the thing you want to do.
This work is especially powerful if you feel:
Anxiety, fear or shyness feels constant or part of who you are
A pattern shows up across many areas of your life
You’ve tried “working on it” but it keeps returning
You want lasting change, not coping strategies

The BWRT® Level 2 Process
This is a 4-session structured programme, delivered on the same day each week. Each session builds on the last, allowing:
Neurological recalibration
Integration between sessions
Stability rather than disruption

You remain fully conscious and in control
We work with how the brain responds — not willpower
You do not need to relive past events
Because this work happens at identity level, the full programme must be completed for results to stabilise and embed.

No. This works without re-traumatising experiences. We might discuss if any trauma is there, but you don't have to talk about it if you wish not to.
Some clients notice changes quickly. That’s normal. The full 4-session programme ensures the changes embed permanently.
Sometimes old patterns surface before they dissolve. That’s natural. Completing the full programme ensures safety and integration.
Yes — as part of the program, there are 2 short worksheets to complete. They're designed to lock in the changes between sessions. Each worksheet should take just a few minutes per day.
Important: To get the most from your programme and ensure lasting results, worksheets must be completed before your next session. If they aren’t, the session will need to be rebooked.
